📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the financial operations of the HAT business unit, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including month-end and year-end close processes.
• Analyze financial data using advanced tools such as SAP and Excel to identify trends and provide insights.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's strategic goals.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Support the strategic growth of the business by providing financial analysis and recommendations.
• Monitor and manage the financial performance of the business unit, ensuring adherence to budget and performance targets.
• Provide financial leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the consumer goods or industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in using SAP and Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Certification in financial management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
