📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Work with department heads to identify training needs
- Develop and update training materials, including manuals, guides, and online courses
- Conduct training sessions and workshops
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Provide feedback to employees on their performance and development
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in HR training
- Collaborate with other HR professionals to ensure the overall effectiveness of our HR training initiatives
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR training and development
- Experience with training software such as Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of successful training initiatives
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Certification in HR training and development is a plus
