📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement ESG strategies that align with international standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance, including emissions, waste management, and water usage.
• Ensure compliance with social and labor standards, including health and safety regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and manage ESG-related risks to mitigate potential impacts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to engage in ESG-related discussions and initiatives.
• Utilize data analytics tools to track ESG KPIs and provide insights for decision-making.
• Stay updated with the latest ESG trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present ESG reports to senior management and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or a related field, preferably in the mining sector.
• Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficient in using data analytics tools such as SAP ESG and Microsoft Power BI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other relevant international standards.
• Knowledge of the mining industry and its ESG challenges.
