📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the identification, assessment, and mitigation of operational risks across all business units.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies aligned with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the implementation of risk mitigation plans and monitor their effectiveness.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Provide strategic advice to senior management on risk management issues.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including regulators, auditors, and industry associations.
• Ensure the integration of risk management practices into the company's overall business strategy.
• Foster a culture of risk awareness and accountability across the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in operational risk management, with a proven track record in leading risk management initiatives.
• Certification in risk management, such as Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) or Certified in the Governance of Enterprise Risk (CGER).
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry standards relevant to operational risk.
• Proficient in using risk management software, including SAP ERP, RiskWatch, and other industry-standard tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
