📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage large-scale renewable energy projects from conception to completion.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to promote the adoption of renewable energy in Bangka Belitung.
• Collaborate with government agencies, local communities, and industry partners to drive the growth of the renewable energy sector.
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for potential renewable energy projects.
• Represent PT Sumber Energi Lestari at industry conferences, workshops, and networking events.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the renewable energy sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster a supportive ecosystem for renewable energy development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, with a focus on project management and strategic planning.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large-scale renewable energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies, including solar, wind, and hydro power.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar.
• Certification in renewable energy project management or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and policies related to renewable energy is highly desirable.
