📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the NUHS Primary Care Network (PCN) in Denpasar, ensuring seamless coordination between healthcare providers, administrators, and support staff.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery, improve patient outcomes, and align with NUHS's vision for excellence in primary care.
• Lead and mentor a team of healthcare operations professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas requiring intervention.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, administrators, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Leverage electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner to streamline patient care processes and improve data accuracy.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of primary care services.
• Represent NUHS at industry conferences, forums, and professional development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in healthcare operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare operations, with a proven track record of leading and managing complex healthcare operations.
• Certification in Healthcare Management (CHM) or a similar credential is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices, particularly in the context of primary care services.
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
