As a DTP Specialist at Commonwealth Capital, you'll be part of a creative team that works closely with clients to bring their visions to life. You'll use industry-standard tools like Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator to design brochures, magazines, business cards, and other printed materials. Your work will be crucial in ensuring our clients' messages are communicated effectively and professionally.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and layout printed materials such as brochures, magazines, business cards, and other commercial prints using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure the final designs meet their expectations.
• Maintain consistency in design elements across different projects, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Optimize designs for print to ensure high-quality output and minimize errors.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and industry standards to continuously improve the quality of our work.
• Assist in the pre-press process, including preparing files for printing.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Provide training and support to junior team members when needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Desktop Publishing and commercial printing.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of print production processes and print specifications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
• Creative and detail-oriented with a keen eye for design.
• Familiarity with pre-press software like Adobe Acrobat or QuarkXPress is a plus.
