📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize our e-commerce platforms, including Shopify and Tokopedia.
• Implement data-driven strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of our e-commerce initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies to ensure our platforms are always optimized.
• Provide training and support to our sales and marketing teams on best practices for e-commerce.
• Develop and maintain relationships with our e-commerce partners and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Tokopedia.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
