📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Manage accounts payable, including payment schedules and disbursements.
• Reconcile accounts payable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and update vendor records in the ERP system (e.g., SAP).
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance.
• Generate and submit monthly reports on accounts payable activities.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial statements.
• Stay updated with financial regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or financial transaction processing.
• Proficient in using ERP systems, particularly SAP or similar software.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
