📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily CNC machine operations and production schedules
• Manage and mentor a team of machinists and operators
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and quality
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Conduct regular equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to implement new technologies
• Monitor production metrics and provide reports to management
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC machine operations and supervision
• Proven track record of leading high-performance teams
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming and machine maintenance
• Certification in CNC machine operation (e.g., CAM, CAD, or CNC programming)
• Experience with PLC programming and industrial automation
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
