As a Customer Experience & Sales Expert, you'll handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats, ensuring every interaction is seamless and satisfying. You'll leverage tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, and HubSpot to manage customer data and track sales performance. With a strong focus on customer-centric solutions, you'll turn challenges into opportunities, driving both customer satisfaction and sales revenue.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Leverage CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot to manage customer interactions and track sales performance.
• Utilize Zendesk for ticketing and customer support, maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer experience and sales.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role.
• Proven experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Familiarity with customer support platforms like Zendesk.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in customer service or sales is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
