📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of French-style dishes with precision and creativity.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Manage kitchen operations efficiently, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Contribute to the overall success of the restaurant by providing exceptional customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Professional Chef in a high-end restaurant setting.,Proven expertise in French-style cuisine.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with kitchen management software and tools.,Ability to create and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.
