📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct in-store audits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards and promotional activities.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive product performance and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and customers.
• Provide training and support to retailers on product knowledge and best practices.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent brand messaging and execution.
• Analyze sales data and provide insights to optimize performance.
• Ensure all activities are documented and reported accurately.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, retail, or merchandising in the food and beverage industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving product performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
• Certification in retail merchandising or sales training is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
