📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and repair hotel equipment and systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other related systems.,Conduct regular inspections to ensure the proper functioning of all equipment and systems.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.,Perform preventive maintenance to avoid unexpected breakdowns.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of hotel services.,Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.,Provide technical support to guests and staff when needed.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of technical equipment and systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical skills in HVACelectricaland plumbing systems.Experience with maintenance software and tools.Basic knowledge of English or Bahasa Indonesia.Strong customer service skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
