Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven culinary skills and knowledge.,Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of international cuisine is a plus.,Valid food handling certificate.
