Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to secure high-quality materials and components at competitive prices.,Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Conduct thorough supplier evaluations and audits to maintain quality and reliability standards.,Monitor market trends and developments to identify new opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that procurement activities align with production and operational goals.,Develop and maintain comprehensive procurement documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and supplier performance reports.,Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in our sourcing processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing supplier relationships and negotiations.,Strong understanding of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
