Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and grow the investment portfolio by implementing effective investment strategies.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of investments to ensure alignment with financial goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored investment solutions.
• Prepare and present regular reports on investment performance and market trends.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in investment management.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in investment management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in investment management, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing investment portfolios and achieving financial goals.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and risk management techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or equivalent are a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
