PT Anggrek Pratama is seeking a talented and experienced Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store in Indramayu. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the store from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection with the local community.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and job satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects the company's brand image.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
