📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, bread, and other baked goods according to recipes and standards.,Ensure that all pastries are of high quality, fresh, and meet health standards.,Maintain and clean kitchen equipment and utensils to ensure a hygienic and efficient workspace.,Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent foodborne illnesses.,Work with the team to develop new and innovative pastry recipes.,Assist in inventory management and ordering of ingredients.,Ensure that all pastries are presented in an appealing manner to attract customers.,Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in pastry making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Pastry, or related field.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and principles.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with food safety and sanitation guidelines.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
