📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.,Lead and mentor a team of production supervisors and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.,Monitor production schedules and resources, making adjustments as needed to meet project milestones.,Implement and enforce production standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.,Identify and address production bottlenecks and inefficiencies, implementing solutions to improve productivity.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in production management, operations, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production or supervisory role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.,Proficient in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
