📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily laboratory operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Supervise a team of lab technicians and provide guidance and training.,Conduct and oversee various laboratory tests and analyses.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures for laboratory processes.,Manage inventory of laboratory supplies and equipment.,Provide technical support and troubleshooting for laboratory equipment issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Chemistry, or Laboratory Science.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and procedures.,Familiarity with laboratory equipment and instrumentation.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Professional certification in laboratory management or a related field is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
