As a Lead Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records for the company.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Oversee the work of junior accountants and provide guidance and training.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes.,Handle vendor and customer invoices, payments, and collections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with retail industry accounting practices is a plus.
