• Analyze HR data to identify trends and patterns, providing actionable insights to HR managers and department heads.
• Develop and maintain HR metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of HR strategies and programs.
• Create and deliver HR reports, dashboards, and presentations using tools like Tableau and Power BI.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR analytics or a related field.
• Proficient in using HR analytics tools such as SAP SuccessFactors, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and processes.
