This is a full-time position located in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation
  • Conduct employee performance reviews and provide feedback
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assist in the maintenance of employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist in the planning and execution of HR training and development programs

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Familiarity with HR information systems and software
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
