📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Commis Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to the restaurant's standards and customer requirements.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.,Ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean, well-maintained, and in good working order.,Follow all health and safety regulations to prevent foodborne illnesses.,Prepare and maintain food and beverage inventories.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in daily kitchen operations and special events.,Work efficiently under pressure to meet peak demand periods.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
