📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and optimize our automotive, truck, and heavy equipment spare parts inventory using SAP and other inventory management software.
- Ensure accurate and timely ordering of spare parts to meet client demands.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder points to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices and terms, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of all inventory transactions and generate regular reports.
- Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in inventory management.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, specifically in the automotive, truck, or heavy equipment spare parts industry.
- Proven experience with SAP or similar inventory management software.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other office software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Certification in inventory management or a related field is a plus.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
