📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the accounting functions of the company, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements.
  • Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Provide financial analysis and advice to senior management.
  • Supervise the work of accounting staff and ensure they are performing their duties effectively.
  • Participate in the annual audit process.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting management.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
