📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of securities researchers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, accurate, and timely research reports.,Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, economic indicators, and company fundamentals to provide strategic insights to investment clients.,Develop and implement research methodologies and tools to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of our research process.,Collaborate with investment managers and portfolio analysts to ensure that research findings are effectively utilized in investment decision-making.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the financial markets and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.,Present research findings to clients and stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the research team and make recommendations for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with industry contacts and thought leaders to gather valuable insights and information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in securities research, investment analysis, or a related field.,Proven track record of leading and managing a team of researchers.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct in-depth analysis and provide strategic insights.,Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information to clients and stakeholders.,Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and research tools such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, and Excel.,Strong understanding of Indonesian and global financial markets and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
