📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and develop a team of staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control restaurant costs, including food, labor, and overhead expenses.,Ensure that all restaurant equipment and supplies are properly maintained and serviced.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Familiarity with inventory management and cost control.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
