📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and clients with a smile.,Answer and direct phone calls and emails.,Schedule appointments and meetings.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.,Assist with administrative tasks as needed.,Provide information about the company and its services.,Ensure the safety and security of the office premises.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Good organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with basic office software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
