Hotel Vera Cafe & Coffee is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic F&B Service staff to join our team in Ubud. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service in our café and restaurant, ensuring that our guests have a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Assist in preparing and serving food and beverages to guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines and regulations.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor immediately.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in F&B service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and techniques.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
