Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department,Developing and implementing departmental strategies to achieve organizational goals,Managing and mentoring department staff to ensure high performance and productivity,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures,Collaborating with other departments to align efforts and achieve common objectives,Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to staff,Representing the department in meetings and events,Managing departmental budgets and resources effectively

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
