📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employees' skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with various departments to identify training needs and objectives.,Create and update training materials, including manuals, guides, and videos.,Conduct training sessions and workshops, both online and in-person.,Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to ensure they understand and apply the training materials.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Collaborate with the HR team to align training programs with the company's strategic goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other training software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.,Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops.
